Our panellists will examine current approaches and trends with respect to risk allocation and contracting models in Queensland and share their perspectives on the use of key standard contracts, including the Department of Housing and Public Works building construction and maintenance contracts, Australian Standard contracts (including the recent AS 4000:2025 update) and NEC4 contracts.
