Standard Form Construction Contracts – Key Issues and Developments in Australia and Overseas

In particular, the Australian Standard forms of contract are commonly used for construction projects in Australia and New Zealand, and the FIDIC and NEC forms of contract are often used for international construction projects. It is important for industry participants and advisers to be aware of recent developments in relation to these standard form contracts, as well as key tips and traps.
