Registration commences at 5:30 pm and the formal presentation will commence promptly at 6.00pm AEDT in Melbourne and there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions at the end of the event. The event will also be followed by drinks and light snacks and will provide attendees with an opportunity to network with others who have an interest in the construction industry and arbitration / construction law.

Andy Fry has extensive front-end experience in the delivery, procurement and contract administration of major infrastructure projects. For over 15 years, Andy has advised government agencies on various high-profile infrastructure projects across the energy, rail, port and telecommunication sectors. Andy specialises in developing innovative collaborative contracting models and efficient procurement strategies in response to prevailing market conditions, including advising Major Road Projects Victoria on its development of the Program Delivery Approach which sees all tiers of the construction industry delivering a $5bn portfolio of major road projects under a bespoke panel and ITC model. Andy is currently assiting VicGrid on several major electricity transmission infrastructure projects which are critical to facilitate the transition to renewables.
Kiri Parr

Kiri Parr is an experienced advocate, consultant and academic within the construction industry, specialising in collaborative procurement approaches.. Prior to establishing her own consulting business, Kiri practised as a construction lawyer for over 20 years. In addition to her consulting work, Kiri is also a Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School, where she lectures in the Master of Construction Law. Between 2017 to 2019, Kiri was the President of Consult Australia, the industry body for consultants in design, advisory and engineering.

Danny Benjamin is currently the Executive Director, Delivery at VicGrid and is responsible for the infrastructure delivery of VicGrid’s renewable energy projects. As a former engineer, Danny has experience working across a wide range of projects with both public and private sector clients.

Carla Tomeo specialises in drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts for major transport and renewable energy projects. Carla has extensive experience advising the Victorian Government including VicGrid on major electricity transmission infrastructure projects, Major Road Projects Victoria on various major road projects being delivered through its Program Delivery Approach and the procurement of the North East Link freeway packages being delivered using alliance contracts.
