Melbourne - Navigating the AS4000 Redraft: Key Considerations from Industry Power Users

The Society of Construction Law Australia and Pinsent Masons invite you to join us for a co-hosted panel session event in person in Melbourne.

Registration for this event has now closed.

AS4000 was born in 1997 which makes it (just) a millennial. And, just like the generation it aligns with, it’s having a quarter-life ‘moment’ and beginning to re-imagining its future self. In this case in the form of a re-draft.

Join us and a distinguished panel of experts and power users of the form to discuss the current proposed changes and whether the amended form will respond to the current challenges in the industry.

The panellists are:

  • Phillip Greenham (Domestic & International Arbitrator)
  • Alexandra Feldman (Regional Legal Counsel VIC & SA, Multiplex)
  • Harrison Nurse (Senior Associate, Pinsent Masons)

With moderator:

  • Rebecca Dickson (Special Counsel, Pinsent Masons)

The event will be hosted by Pinsent Masons at their Melbourne offices
