Charles Thornley, Partner at Landers & Rogers, who entered private practice in South Africa before immigrating to Australia in 2003, and has specialised in insurance law for over 20 years with a focus on engineering and energy disputes;
Karen Walters, Assistant Chief Counsel – Operations at AECOM, who has previously held senior positions in the Queensland State Government in procurement and was a Senior Associate at MinterEllison focusing on the delivery of major mining and infrastructure projects; and
Simon Fraser, Transaction Manager for the Inland Rail PPP Project at ARTC, who entered private practice in Scotland before immigrating to Australia in 2010, and spent a number of years in Qld Treasury’s Commercial Group prior to his current role,
along with moderator, Alexandria Hammerton, Associate at MinterEllison, who will engage with our panellists from the perspective of our Young Constructors Committee.
